Our Core Values
Five pillars that shape how we live, serve, and grow together.
More Than Words on a Wall
Values are only real when they are lived. These five commitments were not written to decorate a page; they decide how we preach, how we pray, whom we send, and where our resources go. Every ministry of G.M.C.C. is measured against them.
Proclaim the Word
We purposefully proclaim the life-changing Word of God.
In practice: every Sunday service, every Friday Bible study, and every conversation is anchored in Scripture, preached with the expectation that lives will change.
Pray with Purpose
We eagerly pray to know God and to grow in His wisdom and knowledge.
In practice: weekly intercessions, monthly night vigils, and 24 hours of fasting and prayer, because we believe nothing of eternal value happens without prayer.
Equip & Encourage
We strategically equip ministries in the church and encourage growth.
In practice: believers are trained, mentored, and given real responsibility, so that ministry is carried by many hands, not a few.
Invest in People
We faithfully support missions locally and internationally, and intentionally invest in people.
In practice: a dedicated offering for the needy every third Sunday, support for missions beyond Italy, and time given generously to one another.
Commission & Release
We equip, commission, and release people to the service of God.
In practice: we do not hold people back. When God calls someone, we prepare them, lay hands on them, and send them out with our blessing.

Values in Action
You will see these values at work before anyone explains them to you: in the women who gather to pray for one another, in the meals shared after service, in the members sent out to serve across the city and beyond. This is not a program. It is who we are.
“Let us not love with words or speech, but with actions and in truth.”
1 John 3:18
